Anson's Awakening by Anna Scott (DKAG Christmas Daddies)

I have to say that some of my favourite stories are the ones that flip the script... and this time, what began as a forced proximity between two daddies becomes a chance for one of those 'daddies' to explore a little side that he never knew he had...

From the Anson’s Awakening blurb:

Tis the season for a Little self-discovery.

Doctor Anson Meyers has decided that Christmas is not for him. He’s lonely and discontented with all his most recent attempts to ‘find himself’ in the world of kink and BDSM. So, when Drake, a fellow Daddy at his local kink club, invites him to hide from the world in a remote cabin over the holidays, Anson jumps at the chance.

It doesn’t hurt that he’s got a bit of a crush on Drake, though he knows nothing can come of it because they’re both Daddies. But, when things go a little pear-shaped, Anson discovers that maybe he was wrong about that.

In fact, he discovers he was wrong about a lot of things.

For Drake Connors, inviting Anson to spend the holidays at his cabin was a friendly gesture. Sure, he’s got a crush on the other guy, but he’s hoping that spending some one-on-one time together will cure him of that. So, extending the invitation made sense to him: neither he nor Anson will be lonely for Christmas, and he’ll get rid of his silly crush. Easy, right?

Of course, that’s not how things pan out. Drake doesn’t know which one of them is more surprised when Anson turns out to not really be a Daddy after all…and, on top of that, they’re snowed in for Christmas!

Whatever will they do?

Anson’s Awakening is a super sweet, very low angst, incredibly fluffy Christmas age play novel featuring a first-time Little, a cinnamon roll Daddy, and a lot of sugar and steam. You will get cavities from this one.

CW: This novel contains ABDL, a tiny bit of hurt/comfort, themes of self-doubt and an itsy, bitsy hint of minor miscommunication (but absolutely no breakups or arguing. It’s Christmas!)

Heather's Review:

I love that Anson begins this story as a daddy down on his luck, after parting ways with his boy.... and just rolls with what he discovers about himself... I also love just how big a cinnamon roll Drake is, and how he's really up for anything that makes Anson happy!

How can you not fall for a Kissmoos story with an adorable little finding his way - using his diaper and letting go of all of his adult and doctor worries for a while...especially after having worried and stewed over how he wasn't able to satisfy his own little as a daddy...

If you're looking for that super sweet, no angst romance that gives you cameos from other stories, an absolutely adorable couple and a lot of new to the character age regression, you'll definitely want to add Anson’s Awakening to your TBR.  Although it's part of a series, it can be read standalone.
