Standalone short. Paranormal. Fated mates. Dual POV. Heed content warnings. Lukas loves Halloween and he and his friends spend it every year doing something slightly spooky. But he wasn’t prepared for a demon summoning and certainly not for it to work. Given that this is a short story it was fairly detailed and had plenty of scary elements in character for the Halloween holiday. Lukas is forced to accept his role as Orobas’s mate and is quickly introduced to his role with some high steam and kink. I would have liked to know what Lukas does with his days in the underworld, but this was an entertaining quick read.
